Mishmosh is back because we tried behaving and honestly, it wasn’t us. We flirted with sensible, flirted with tidy, and quickly realised the fun had gone missing. Mish has always been about good chaos, loud laughs, questionable decisions, and nights that run a little longer than planned. So we’re leaning back into what we do best. Less polished. Situated right in the thick of Wellington’s busiest bar strip, Mishmosh is all about familiar faces and easy good times. Our friendly crew will greet you by name, remember your go to drink, and quite possibly already be reaching for it as you walk in.
The menu keeps things relaxed and eclectic. Think burgers, beers, small plates, and cocktails that punch above their weight. We also run cocktail masterclasses for those who like to get hands on, learn a few tricks, and have a laugh while doing it.

Ever wondered how to shake, stir, and garnish like a pro? Welcome to Mishmosh’s Cocktail Masterclass, where good drinks meet good company and a little bit of know how.
This is a relaxed, hands on session led by our experienced mixologists, designed to be fun, informative, and very drinkable. You’ll learn how to build a great cocktail from the ground up. Think balancing flavours, choosing the right glassware, and finishing with a garnish that actually makes sense. Along the way, you’ll pick up a few insider tips you can use at home or casually show off next time you’re hosting.
Whether you know your Negroni from your Margarita or you’re starting from scratch, the class is easy to follow and made to be enjoyed at your own pace. It’s perfect for birthdays, work catch ups, team nights, or just an excuse to do something a little different.

At Mishmosh, we love backing teams, clubs and groups that bring people together. Sponsorship doesn’t always have to mean logos on jerseys (though we’re open to that too).
